Option Four: Deskera
Features: ???
-
Aimed at enterprise-size businesses, Deskera offers both a free open source version, and a paid, hosted/SaaS version starting at $75 per month per user. While Deskera is a fairly new application, it also ranges beyond just HR functionality to include modules for ERP, CRM, and more.
-
Built with larger companies in mind, Deskera’s HR module is broad. From payroll management, to timesheet and performance management, to recruitment and real-time reporting, this tool is designed to cover it all. Integration with mobile and Deskera’s other offerings are additional benefits. With the broad reach, however, Deskera may sacrifice depth, and some have complained that, for instance, the employee information module captures less data than other HR systems.
